2016 Spirited Individual Excellence in Membership Award Recipients

Sandra Alexander, Human Resources Liaison, Hill Top

Sandra makes everything look easy; her skill at managing 10 things at once does not go unnoticed. Sandra’s attention to detail and ability to organize make her an asset no matter what she’s involved with. Her smile is her trademark; it’s hard to be around Sandra without cracking a smile in return. She’s witty, fun, and always up for a challenge. Sandra is loyal to things that are important to the membership and community; she makes it her business to make sure business is taken care of. If there’s work to be done you’ll always find Sandra with her sleeves rolled up and determination on her face.

Ed Kray, President, Key Benefit Solutions and Employer Representative

Ed is a very busy owner of two organizations but that doesn’t keep him from staying involved with commu-nity civic groups, being a consistent resource for HR professionals in the community, and actively engaging with WCHRA membership. Ed is a positive force with great expertise to promote the work of human re-source professionals. Helping others reach success is what make Ed a success. Ed is much respected and it’s a good feeling knowing he’s out there doing superhero work!

Connie Schulties, HR Director, Frank Henry Equipment (FHE)

We can’t get enough of Connie! Connie’s energy and positivity is inspiring. Connie works tirelessly to pro-mote WCHRA and is an incredible leader to membership and fellow board members. Connie is often the one to step up and take on additional responsibilities to promote the mission and vision of WCHRA. If you want a job done and done well, Connie’s your gal. Her commitment and creativity are unmatched and the community is a better place because of she’s out there smiling.

Joanna Stortz, Recruitment Coordinator, Hope West

Joanna is a doer! You’ll find Joanna working to support organizations like WCHRA, attending afterschool activities with her children, or raising money for important community needs. Joanna’s work ethic is impeccable and it’s a rare find to meet someone as warm and welcoming as she is. Joanna is thoughtful, committed, and gives of her-self to inspire others.
