“Trying to Catch and Keep Millennials?
Bait Your Hook with Benefits!”
The CMU student chapter of SHRM will present this program to the WCHRA membership on November 15th. Members will be treated to the results of a rather in-depth study of the relationship between benefits and Millennials. It is expected that the students will present material that will assist employers in determining which benefits are most sought after by Millennials. The assumption is that benefits are job satisfiers and may lead to positive outcomes in applicant attraction, employee loyalty, and employee retention. See you there!
