The June Monthly Member Program with Dr. Stone will be held at the Bookcliff Country Club (with limited in-person registrations)
As well as online via a live webinar. The session will be recorded and available in the event that there is connectivity issues.
In person attendance will be limited to 60 individuals.
These are several registration types to choose from:
1. Member in-person Cost: Free with membership
2. Guest in-person Cost: $25 (must be paid online)
3. Member virtual attendance only Cost: Free with membership
4. Guest virtual attendance only Cost: $10 (must be paid online)
5. SHRM Club Student member in-person Cost: $5 (must be paid online)
6. SHRM Club Student virtual attendance only Cost: Free (register as a guest)
If you are not registered/paid before you arrive, you will not be able to attend the in-person program
Requirements for in-person attendance will be based on the Mesa County Health Department's guidelines and Bookcliff Country Clubs expectations.

Food will be served through a serving buffet; each table will be released to get food per regulations. Seating will be arranged to allow as much social distancing as possible.

This session will introduce you to the history of change management, stages people experience during a change event, and a few practical tools you can use to help them successfully navigate the change.
Change management is critical for successful process improvement and organizational development interventions however, training and development in this area of expertise is often overlooked and misunderstood. Change management is the understanding of how to maneuver through the complex personal, emotional, and chaotic process of implementing change.

Dr. Kyle B. Stone, Associate Professor of Management at Colorado Mesa University is a scholar-practitioner currently teaching organizational behavior, human resource management, leadership, and operations management within the Department of Business. Dr. Stone has worked in North American manufacturing industry since 1990. His 25+ years career spans industries including automotive, healthcare, chemical, pulp and paper, and heavy steel fabrication primarily focused in process improvement, operations management, human resource and organizational development. He has led over 250 Kaizen events and continues to lead Lean transformations as a consultant. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Performance and Change and a M.Ed in Adult Education and Training from Colorado State University.
