Coaching the Troubled Employee

Presenter

Kenra Haftel

Sometimes life can weigh heavy on an employee and all it takes is a helping hand to make a difference. Supervisors and managers can be that helping hand but first they need to learn to recognize when an employee might be in trouble. This training helps managers recognize employees who may be struggling and then gives instructions on how to help that employee find the help they need.
