Sometimes life can weigh heavy on an employee and all it takes is a helping hand to make a difference. Supervisors and managers can be that helping hand but first they need to learn to recognize when an employee might be in trouble. This training helps managers recognize employees who may be struggling and then gives instructions on how to help that employee find the help they need.

About the presenter:
Kenra Haftel, Account Manager. Kenra thrives when working with people and helping them become the best version of themselves. Kenra earned her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in exercise physiology with an emphasis in corporate wellness programming. Health and wellness have always been a part of Kenra’s life and she looks forward to sharing her knowledge with others. As a group fitness instructor for more than 10 years, she enjoys challenging participants to “get out of their comfort zones.” Outside of work, spending time with her husband of more than 23 years and their two children keeps her busy and fulfilled. They enjoy skiing, traveling and camping.
