About the presenters:
Madison Donnafield graduated from Colorado Mesa University earlier this year with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources Management and Hospitality Management. Madison started working as an HR Generalist at Dalby, Wendland & Co. shortly after graduation. Her main focus right now is on recruiting for the firm while also helping out with other HR needs. She is really enjoying her time at DWC and is excited for her future with the firm. In her free time, Madison enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and planning a wedding with her fiancé Trevor.
Lindsay is an HR professional with formal training in strategic design, development, and implementation of Background Screening and Drug and Alcohol testing management and services, in accordance with leading industry standards. Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland University College and earned a yellow belt in Lean Six Sigma. Her human resource certification includes PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Basic Certification. She serves on the board for the Young Professionals Network of Mesa County. She loves to volunteer and spend her time outdoors as much as possible.
Andrea Potter is a recent graduation from Colorado Mesa University with a bachelor’s degree for in business administration with a concentration in Human Resources. During her senior year at CMU, Andrea was hired on as a HR Assistant with Community Hospital, after two years as a HR Assistant, Andrea recently received a promotion as a recruiter. Her main recruiting focus is to recruit staff for all of the clinics from entry level to director level. Andrea plans on obtaining her SHRM- CP within the next year and to continue building relationships with the Community.
Heather Brown graduated from Colorado Mesa University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. She started her Human Resources career as a HR Intern with Innovative Textiles, Inc. (ITI); following her internship, she was hired on and now serves as their HR Generalist. Heather has held her SHRM-CP since 2016. She is passionate about working with youth to help prepare them for the workforce serving on the GJHS ACE Advisory Board, coordinating the CareerWise program at ITI, and volunteering within the community.
